A father, a son, and a game of football in the backyard.
2BIB wasn't designed in a boardroom. It started as a dad trying to help his son eat enough to keep up with the game he's loved his whole life. Here's how it happened.
It started with a football-shaped cake

Some kids fall in love with a sport. Ours was born loving it. From the moment he could walk, a football was never far from his hands — and by the time his 2nd birthday rolled around, there was only one thing he wanted: a cake shaped like a football.
No trains, no cartoons, no trucks. Just a lopsided, hand-frosted football cake, candles stuck right into the laces. It was a small thing. But looking back, it was the first sign of a passion that would shape the next two decades of his life — and, eventually, ours too.
The story so far
Age 2
A football-shaped birthday cake
The first of many. While other kids were asking for toys, he was asking for a cake shaped like the game he already couldn't put down.
Every year since
Birthdays became game day
What started as one cake turned into a tradition. Every birthday, he wanted the same thing: get everyone together and play football. Not a party with games — a game that happened to be a party.
Friends showed up. Then friends' dads started showing up too — lacing up cleats they hadn't worn in years, running routes in the backyard, all because a kid wanted to celebrate the only way that ever felt right to him.
Through the years
Smaller frame, bigger drive
He was never the biggest kid on the field. Coaches noticed it, opponents noticed it, and so did he. But instead of holding him back, it became his fuel. Every rep, every meal, every offseason — he worked like the size difference was something he could out-work.
That mindset didn't come from us. It came from him. We just tried to keep up.
Today
From the backyard to college football
That kid who wanted a football cake now suits up for his college team on a football scholarship. The backyard games with friends and dads turned into real practices, real film sessions, and a scholarship he earned.
And the size question never fully went away — it just changed shape. Now it's about strength, recovery, and building real, lasting muscle to compete at the next level.
The challenge
Always chasing more — naturally
To this day, he's constantly looking for ways to gain weight and build muscle the right way — naturally, through nutrition and training, without shortcuts. The hard part was never the willingness. It was knowing exactly what he was eating, whether it was enough, and whether it was the right mix of protein, carbs, and fat to actually grow.
The idea
That's how 2BIB was born
As his dad, I wanted to help — but spreadsheets, food labels, and manual logging weren't going to cut it for a busy student-athlete. So I had an idea: what if he could just take a photo of his food, and AI would handle the rest? Calories, protein, carbs, fat — calculated instantly, logged in seconds.
That idea became the first version of 2BIB: an AI scanner built to track calories and macros for one person — my son, trying to gain healthy weight and muscle for the sport he's loved since he was two years old.
From one player to everyone chasing a goal
What started as a tool for one kid kept evolving. The AI scanner got smarter. Adaptive goals were added so targets could shift as his weight and training changed. Hydration, history, and milestones followed — each piece built around a real person trying to hit a real target, week after week.
Eventually it became clear that this wasn't just useful for a college football player trying to bulk up. It was useful for anyone trying to lose weight, gain weight, build muscle, or just understand what they're actually putting into their body — without the guesswork, the spreadsheets, or the manual logging.
That's 2BIB today. The name stands for 2 Be in Balance — a nod to the goal that started it all: giving one determined kid the balance of fuel and training he needed to grow into the player he wanted to be. Now it's here to help you find your own balance, whatever that looks like.
Built for a kid with a football-shaped cake. Built for you, too.
Whatever you're training for — or just trying to feel better in your own body — 2BIB gives you the same tools we built to help our son grow: AI-powered tracking, real targets, and a plan that adapts as you do.
